I was given the wrong sandwich (ordered El Cubano, received breaded chicken sandwich instead) , but not upset about it. Did a grab and go so I could make the train, but otherwise, their food is better as dine in. Chicken sandwich sat for about 25 mins before I got a chance to eat and was not soggy at all. The marinated onions added a bright tanginess to each bite.
PS... I've had the Cuban sandwich before and it was fantastic. It's what I would have preferred, but satisfied with what I received.

Usually I love their food however...
The ham croquette was ridiculously tiny
and I never tasted any ham. So I'm not sure if it was even ham in it. And the pieces of salmon have decreased in size over the years.

Some of the best food on doordash. One criticism is with the fries. They are delivered in a closed container so the moisture collects and the fries arrive wet and soggy. An open container or at least one with holes would be much better for the fries

This was not a tres leches. This was box cake with literal canned whipped cream on top. The cake itself is stale. The portion is decent but that means nothing when you're receiving a completely different thing from what you ordered. Very false advertising.I would not order this again.

Decided to give this restaurant a try since it was highly rated, but the food was so bad. The Cheese Empanada is the worst I've ever had. It was just a really hard shell with NO CHEESE inside. El Cubano - The Cuban was better, but lacked flavor and the pork was very dry.
