This is my favorite local sushi restaurant! It is family-owned and the food is consistently excellent.

Very sloppy execution. Avocado-Cucumber Roll wasn't cut all the way through, more like 3 hand rolls w/ rice on the outside and no sesame seeds which make the flavors of this combination pop, Cucumber Salad wasn't peeled and included the end of the cucumber in addition to not being cut all the way through, Yaki Udon extremely overcooked, more like pasta paste. The fish in general is not cut cleanly which is unappetizing because it's chum textured. I like that they have mango in rolls and also with salmon sashimi. Not a fan of the coconut on the Salmon Mango Plate and that is more Hawaiian than Japanese.
