• 9/18/25It's pretty mid. Not creamy. It's got a decent umami flavor. But when I get tan tan I expect to get some sesame flavor. Lacking tremendously. Noodles are small. Noodles are like the size of angel hair pasta. Not fresh noodles. It tastes frozen. If I was in a bind like today I would not consider this spot. But if you're trying out every ramen spot in the state I would consider it. I would only consider it because it's a decent portion of broth to noodle ratio. The spinach is blanced good and the mean has a phenomenal flavor

• 4/24/25It was... deeply mediocre. The food was the definition of 'alright'. Stringy, tough noodles, a barely flavored broth, and the 'tuna tartar' is the second most disappointing tartar I have ever eaten.
You can get better ramen in other places. Upgrading a ramen package with a bit of meat and veg would be better. It's not unpalatable, and the price is alright, but I can't recommend it.

• 6/19/25Hands down best Ramen I've had in CT. Spicy Miso Ramen Base Shoyu Ramen So creamy and thick broth. Kaliubon got nothing on this place. ❤️🤤

• 4/10/26Miso was way too salty and flavorless. I asked for extra spiciness and this was nowhere near that. For the price it is way too expensive for the small portion.
