Tacos Al carbon and their fajitas never disappoint! My dad and I have eaten at Sotos for years at the original and this location definitely is up to par with the original. 10/10 recommend

The food here is delicious. We visit in person. But this was our first time ordering through DoorDash, and their menu is straight up incorrect.
I ordered 4 items as seen in pictures; turns out 2 were not even on Soto's menu and the 3rd was incorrect. So what did Soto's do when my husband went to pick up my the order and showed them the order list? Not mention anything. If something is missing because you don't serve it, why wouldn't you mention that at pickup?
Then when I called inquiring what happened with my order, they said DoorDash has it wrong. "Combo #7 doesn't come with a burrito, it comes with a taco." How would I have known that the fajita burrito in my combo #7 order would actually be a taco? And if I had known that, would I have ordered that?
Eventually the manager spoke with the GM and offered a replacement burrito on the house, which I appreciated. But a) they should have checked how their menu shows up on DoorDash and b) responded better when a complaint was raised after 3 out of 4 ordered items were not delivered as expected.
We'll just dine in going forward. Or call to verify that the menu is as written.

Beef enchiladas where to salty to eat. Soto's has always been good but not sure what happened with the cook?

special fajita lunch pollo+ 1 wrp bcn shrimp was fresh & delicious! I would order again
