Great food and arrives hot and packed great.
I recommend The Soul for a great Door Dash meal. Had the chicken and a Wedge salad. Gravy comes in a separate container.

Added warm chicken to the mediterranean salad for take out.  The chicken was literally not chewable! Tasted rancid. Called the restaurant and the hostess put us on hold for 15 minutes while searching for a manager, then came back on the phone and said we had to go to DoorDash to get a refund. We didn’t even want a refund. We just wanted to inform the restaurant that it was probably serving bad chicken.  She didn’t seem to care and said she’d have the chef taste it…ok. No manager got on the line to get more info or to see if he/she could assist in any way.

We really like the food. The service is just horrible here. The people always mess up the orders. I know it's not door dash, we order from door dash 2 times a day and soul is the only store we ever have an issue with. The only consistent is the poor service
