Everything is perfect!! The container was completely full. The Turkey wings were huge and soo tender and juicy. The yams and collards were well seasoned. The macaroni was cheesy, the old skool macaroni. When I come back to DC I will definitely return. My half and half OMG the best. I couldnt eat half of my food. Portion sizes enough for two meals.

Best soul food in the area!!! Packaged perfectly and turkey wings, ribs and fried pork chops fixed to perfection!! The mashed potatoes were so creamy and flavorful. The portion sizes are ALWAYS large enough for 2 helpings. Excellent service and excellent food quality.

I'm from the South, so my expectations were pretty high. Opening this plate made me gasp and smile like a goofball. Felt like I sat down at my family home for Sunday dinner.
Filled to the brim, a beautiful hot plate of deliciously seasoned food. One critique is that the Mac n cheese could've been a bit more seasoned but no complaints from me whatsoever.

This is the best place for great vegetable
sides. Southern Fried Okra is perfect. It is well packaged so the texture has the crispy but soft texture. Just enough cornmeal, not over cooked, not greasy. Steamed Cabbages & Carrots are simple and tasty. Black-Eyed Peas are well seasoned and perfectly cooked. This is a reliable store with very reasonable prices.
