Don't sleep on this place, I always feel so good afterwards so its worth every penny for sure! Everything is always on point and perfect bread to go with. They super nice in there too!

Soul Salad is the bomb! Every ingredient, every little piece of lettuce is perfectly fresh, all the veggies clean and delicious and the meats always done well. We get the Cafe, the Aptos and the Shanti generally, all delicious.

My husband and I love Soul Salad! We are thankful to have a healthy and very tasty place to order lunch or dinner from! I love every salad I've tried and the bread is so good!

The HIPSTER salad subbed ranch dressing was really good. My "normal" tossed salad dressing option was lighter than I was hoping for, but next time I'll just ask for heavy dressing. Not because it wasn't mixed or coated but because there just wasn't enough to fully balance the beet juice for me. I can't imagine what light looks like....but that's a preference for sure. In the end didn't find myself missing the dressing too much except when eating my little bread and wishing for a bit more moisture in the meal.
The kids fruit bowl was a bit more squishy than I had hoped, but it was not bad at all for having been delivered.
Lemon, Cucumber, Mint Cold brew Tea is unsweetened, my kid did not love it but I didn't mind. Definitely light and has Spa water vibes.
I will probably not get a family meal here again cause mine are getting too old for just fruit and have no interest in green things but an adult lunch? Heck yeah.

I have had nearly all the salads on their menu and you cannot find a more clean, fresh and tasty meal. If you want to feel good about what you eat, dine here...you won't be disappointed.
