As always, the Southern Chicken Fried Chicken was tender and tasty, and the hush puppies for the side are like savory candy. My husband loves the Regular Club because it is hearty and delicious, perfectly simple and satisfying. The Bacon Chicken Avocado sandwich on a pretzel bun was also tasty and delicious. The bun was perfect for the weight of the ingredients and held up well for delivery. I don't know how well it would hold up on a regular bread, but definitely does well on a thicker bread. I also like that there was a sufficient amount of avocado on the sandwich- you don't feel slighted on the portion. And you can never wrong with the Chocolate Silk Pie Slice.... sooooo silky and creamy, and the slice is sufficient to share (but you won't want to!). Thanks again, SDBC!

Today we decided to try Southern Dough Company due to nice pitter patter that was hitting our windows and it did not disappoint. The Katy Club was a perfectly sized with the right amount of jalapeño bacon and turkey. It was perfectly paired with the Tomato Basil Soup and their Chicken Noodle Soup which was hearty.

We had a short break during our baseball tournament and ordered to go. We got Tiger's Bacon Cheeseburger and Steak Finger Basket (4) and the Kids Chicken Finger Basket . The steak fingers were well seasoned and absolutely DELICIOUS! My older son devoured his burger and said the patty was also well seasoned and juicy. My younger son ate the chicken fingers and was happy! Great place!

This was our first time trying food from here, and WOW it was terrific! The Regular Club was hearty, flavorful, and well priced for the portion. This is a winning sandwich! The Southern Chicken Fried Chicken was also a delight! It was a butterflied piece of chicken with a seasoned batter that was not overpowering, but could easily stand alone without gravy, if desired. The portion was generous and will make a great lunch leftover... and the reason I had leftovers was because I didnt want to be too full and not eat the pie we ordered!! We ordered a Key Lime Pie Slice, Banana Cream Pie Slice, and Chocolate Silk Pie Slice because we couldnt choose just one. The Key Lime Pie Slice was a proper key lime, balanced tartness and sweetness, and we will definitely order again! The Banana Cream Pie Slice was truly lovely- the only thing I was missing was some actual banana slices, but this pie holds together very well without being gelatinous. The Chocolate Silk Pie Slice was TO DIE FOR! It was rich and creamy and luscious... it is the type of chocolate silk pie that should be envied by others... and those chocolate shavings! Every chocolate lover's dream! Many thanks to Candace and Riley (sorry if I misspelled your names!) for the great recommendations... we will order from here again and have already been spreading the word tonight on how fabulous our dinner was! The Steak Finger Basket, was great. There were seven huge crispy fingers! The zucchini fries were delicious. The Coconut Cream Pie Slice is always so plentiful and tasty!
