These are the most filling vegan tacos I've had in Vegas! They are filled super full with mostly protein, making them well worth the money. The Asada has the best flavor of the proteins I tried (Asada, Picadillo, pastor, chorizo, and mushrooms.) Both the traditional and hard shell were the strongest I've had too (other places they tend to fall apart a bit, but not even worried with these!). The shells are not too thick or greasy either! I will say the chorizo over powered everything on the tostada, but it was still good; just was expecting more beans and lettuce than chorizo. Generally what I ordered was mostly protein, so I recommend taking that into consideration when you order. Large portion sizes!

Oh man I haven't had fantastic mexican food in years. The soy asada street tacos are incredible. The soy asada is the closest replica I've ever had. I ate ten of these tacos and I'm stuffed but honestly I could probably eat myself to death if you left me in a room with enough of these things. I wish they would open a location near Tampa FL!

Our family travels cross country full time and we can honestly say these are the best vegan pastor tacos we have ever had. This is the second time getting them at Soy Mexican Plant-Based Eatery . Clean kitchen and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Found Soy entirely on the Doordash app and am SO glad I did. The Pambazo blew my mind, so flavorful and hard to imagine it's not Chorizo!! The tostada was also super flavorful and hefty, no skimping on the beans, lettuce, cheese, or pastor topping! I also enjoyed the asada taco, another one that boggles the mind with its flavor profile. Highly recommend!
