The 1 LB Sliced Brisket and the Pint Side potato salad and Side Salad were fresh and tasty. The beef was a generous amount and the Side Salad was enough for two.   Great BBQ.

OMG!!!!The food was amazing. I was like well let me enjoy these 3 ribs. It was 5 ribs. Tender, juicy, hot 🔥 and fresh. The potato salad and Mac and cheese were delicious. WHEEW!!! DON'T yall be sleeping on spring creek. They are amazing.

Everything ive EVER had from Spring Creek has been delicious. Sliced Brisket Sandwich, Tradi, onal Mild Sausage Dinner, & Fried Okra Basket are some of our favorites. Plus the staff is always kind & friendly.  5 stars all the way.

1/2 LB Chopped Brisket is embedded in BBQ sauce, and not our favorite sauce.  The 1/2 LB Sliced Brisket was juicy, just the right salt and smoke.  The 1/2 LB Tr Sausage was just a bit sweet, but good flavor.  The 1/2 LB Black Pepper Sausage was a little dry, but good flavor, not as much pepper bite, and more pepper flavor, if that makes sense.  We got a pack of Dozen Hot, Fresh Bread, and was given extras.  Their rolls are great, though go in person to get them fresh with butter if you have the opportunity.

Delicious 3-Meat Combination (pulled pork, pepper sausage, and sliced brisket)! Serving was a little small, though. Unfortunately, meat in Chopped Beef Sandwich Plate was stringy. Sides (potato salad, cole slaw, pinto beans, rolls) were good.
