The Baker is Huge! The roll is so soft and yummy too. The bbq sauce included is perfectly sweet and makes the brisket so much more delicious.

Always love the BBQ from Spring Creek. We've enjoyed most of the menu items and all were great. Tonight my wife had the Copped Baker. Temperature good. Lots of chopped beef on a huge potato. Plus she had it loaded. It was a lot of delicious food. Throw in the hot roll and some Spring Creek sauce and it was a great meal.

3-Meat Combination VERY little meat. 2 thin slices of each selection. Sides were far better.
Cracked Black Pepper Sausage Twosome Sausage was DRY. Bun was DRY. Potato was to be "loaded" but only seemed to have cheese.
All said, I was extremely disappointed.

Chicken Dinner the chicken was so dry it was shoe leather. The green beans were good and coleslaw was ok.
Baked Potato was very good and very large portion.
