Every item is top notch quality. The double chocolate cookies, the brownies, the vanilla and black and white cupcakes are scrumptious! Every time Itry a bew menu item I have to add it to my subsequent order. The list is growing!

A couple of them were excellent, some were very stale. Kind of sad I remember when they used to all be fresh and delicious every day. It's always a hit or miss kind of situation smaller portions, that are much less tasty then before. It's sad that you can't go to the counter and order. Everything is a computer and you put your order in while the workers stand behind the counter and watch you do it. It is extraordinarily strange. Please bring back customer service! We would go back and order again if there was a certain cupcake we wanted that was special for the month. Those tend to be the freshest. And the best.

the cupcakes are delicious and some can be really sweet. They do add a sticker to seal the opening of the box which is nice. it's nice to know the box hasn't been tampered with while in transit

I've ordered on two separate occasions thinking that dry cupcakes must've been a fluke. But it hasn't been. The flavors are nice. But my cupcakes have literally crumbled they're so dry. No moist cake at all. Very very disappointing for the expense.
