Small Portions
Our freshly prepared barbecued dishes are marinated in our signature sauce, served with a variety of leaf lettuce, assorted banchan (side dishes), and a choice of rice, white or jap gok bap (multigrain). The raw dishes from the kitchen are served to be cooked on a gas grill table. Customers can make ssam: put a cooked small portion of meat with a thin layer of bean paste on a bed of lettuce and wrap it all to make into a bite. Rice can be added to make ssambap!
