this was one of my favorite burgers of all time... expensive but well worth it. I was only disappointed because my loaded tots weren't sent. they sent fries instead and I am a tot lover. will order again to try the chicken sandwich. awesome burger!

Bacon was burned.. seriously burned. The burger was salty (couldn't taste it until I removed the burnt bacon). I was extremely disappointed.

My food was completely messed up. The bacon was pure, disgusting fat. It is missing the hot slaw that is supposed to be on it no jalapeños. I paid eight dollars for ranch and buffalo sauce extra. They did not include any of it. I paid six something for extra hot slaw they did not include that. I am absolutely appalled and when I try to call, no one answers they're refusing to respond to my Facebook messages
