Loved the SPICY TERIYAKI (Large)! Good portion, value and tastes great! Also, for those who've never ordered it, the spicy level isn't too high. It's more mild and not overwhelming. Perfect balance between savory and spicy

The family bundle is a great deal for big families and the burgers are huge and one of the best tasting burgers! The onion rings are very good also with sweet onions and a good crispy batter.

I was curious about one Taquito costing $3.50 and thought maybe it was like, huge?Filled with a bunch of fresh stuff? Instead I got 2 small, overcooked taquitos that literally look (and taste) like they came from the frozen food section of the grocery store. The accompanying green sauce was packed at the top of the bag and spilled all over multiple orders of French Fries and kids wouldn't eat them and were bummed. We ordered the TERIYAKI PLATE and Small Teriyaki Bowl without vegetables and both came with vegetables. Just a lot of small issues showing a lack of care that added up to a mediocre experience that the food was definitely not good enough to overcome.

Asked politely to add ranch since I couldn't find it on the menu (I now have found it) they immediately charged me for the ranch which is completely understandable. What's not understandable is to put a passive aggressive note telling me how to find the ranch. Also, the burger patty is bland, onion rings are way over cooked, and the zucchini is sour.
