Excellent, fresh, appetizing food. 2. Egg Roll (1)  were crispy, 8. Steamed Dumplings (6) were moist and tender, 30. Vegetable Fried Rice was a huge serving and well stocked with veggies, 124. Steamed Chicken with Mixed Vegetables was the best I’ve had; with brown sauce included. Our new go-to Chinese cuisine restaurant

the egg rolls were crispy and not oily. the 4. Crab Puffs (6) were good, crispy, and decent amount of filling. the 7. Fried Dumplings (6) were not chewy and the filling had a nice consistency, dipping sauce had a little too much sesame oil, still nice flavor. will order again.

The crab puffs were tough as though they had been sitting around and then re-fried. The fried dumplings were good, but the dipping sauce was way too salty and needed something like ginger to give it a better flavor. I ended up throwing it away and making my own sauce at home.

It is not authentic pad Thai. It is more like Chinese fried noodles for the following reasons:
Not flat rice noodles. It looks like wheat noodles of Chinese.
No bean sprout
No tofu but some pieces of pressed tofu
Very few pieces of eggs (due to the increase in egg price?)
Most important: the taste is no where like pad Thai. They added some sour and sweet taste. But it is not Pad Thai.

I wish they gave more than 3 shrimp, but atleast they are a decent size. Slightly under seasoned today, but with a little soy sauce it will be okay.
