I asked for no whipped topping and my drank was half whip cream and half coffee. My coffee literally starts at the send line on the venti cup. Please do better, with these prices i should at least get what i paid for

Both drinks had no coffee in it, they even forgot my whipped cream. How do you mess up a caramel Iced Caramel Macchiato and an Iced Cinnamon Dolce Latte. The Iced caramel Macchiato was just iced milk with caramel and the Iced Cinnamon Dolce Latte is just water and cinn

Consistency is so important. You always know exactly what you are going to get and exactly how it will taste. Thats why Starbucks is so successful. It is key to food consumerism. Even if you don't like something you can aquire a taste for it as long as it is consistent. Starbucks is an A++ when it comes to consistency.

The Flat White was good. I enjoyed the Bacon, Gouda & Egg Sandwich, and the Crispy Grilled Cheese on Sourdough, while delicious, was cold. In fact, it was the only thing that I ordered that arrived cold. Everything else was nice and hot.
