• 10/3/25Upgraded to protein milk in my Caramel Macchiato and requested no foam. The milk was chunky and had a solid 3 inch layer of thick foam on top. My drink was a quarter empty when received and with the amount of foam on top there was only half my cup full of milk. It was so gross I couldn't drink and it was an over $8 drink. So disappointing. Would not recommend and I will not be ordering any drink with protein milk again. Luckily my food was up to par though!

• 1/26/26Coffee was good but the sandwiches are always handled so poorly especially for the ridiculous price of them! They always look like they are old and literally thrown into the bag! My last one had one side of the bread folded in half

• 3/26/26Completely unacceptable. My matcha was full of chunks and undrinkable (see photos). The ham and egg croissant was rock hard, and my vanilla Frappuccino was missing the caramel I paid extra for.
Worst part—no resolution or compensation from DoorDash or Starbucks. This isn’t the first time either (missing items in past orders with no refund).
Done with DoorDash.
