I got the iced brown sugar oat milk shake and espresso and I subbed one pump of the dolce cinnamon syrup. So so good

I ordered a cheeseburger medium which means pink inside. mine wasn't pink at all. It was dry and a little burned. Charlestons is usually my favorite but this time it was a failure. At $19 you expect more. I will definitely hesitate before buying from them again. in order to eat it I had to smother it with mayo and ketchup! the fries were great in spite of being cold. I think I deserve a refund.

Iced Peppermint Mocha was too bitter with the peppermint syrup they added. I usually live it, but this was too potent. The ice melted in less than 20 minutes in an air conditioned room so I didn't drink more than 3 gulps. Plain Bagel was yummy.

Was not full, I usually just get a venti, but I got a trenta today to have some coffee to save, but just paid more for the same amount as a venti.... I think it was actually less. I pour the coffee into a tumbler and usually have some leftover when I order a venti, but I had no coffee left over this time and I got a trenta! So mad I just spent more for less... seriously.

The location closest to me is sadly very incompetent. They forget the straw to my iced coffee almost every time and the past couple of times i've ordered my go-to coffee (Iced White Chocolate Mocha) they made it terribly.. put way too much of something and made it unbearably sweet to the point where I can't even drink it, like it looks pure white! I like sweet stuff but there's a limit which they've been going way past. Gonna stop ordering from the one closest to me until they get their stuff figured out !
