• 10/2/25Last time I was disappointed with my Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino® Blended Beverage because of the lack of whipped cream as well as the caramel and caramel crunch. Especially because they don't allow you to add extra on the app... but this time, whoever made the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino® Blended Beverage did an awesome job!! It was a proper Frappuccino with proper portion of whipped cream, caramel, and caramel crunch!! 10/10 would order again if it's made like it was today!! Food was great too!!

• 5/17/25The drink was great. The bun for the pesto sandwich was hard as a rock. Other food was just good as expected!

• 8/19/23Been ordering fr here lately and they are too heavy on the milk pour. Compared to other cities it doesn't taste like the same drink. I know it is a brand new location so perhaps it needs more time and training.

• 9/19/24didnt have the wrap I ordered. instead of offering me a different choice they just wrote a note saying "ask for a refund" and included a muffin instead. I would've rather been contacted to ask if I wanted the order changed or canceled. since I'm at work and I have to take my lunch break at a certain time. a muffin isn't really enough to fill me. I appreciate it but would rather be notified if what I ordered isn't avaliable so I have the chance to order something else or cancel :/ drink was fire as always
