I ordered a vanilla bean frap w strawberry foam and Carmel drizzled around the cup with crumble... there was no Carmel or no crumble and they charged me for both separately (rip off). My drink tasted like a regular strawberry shake no texture

So, the drinks we ordered are all time favorites. But I felt like for the sizes we got, there was only a grade size of the Strawberry Açaí Lemonade Refresher and Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. The drinks had so much ice in them. When we dumped some of the ice there wasn't hardly any of the drink. ,

I have issues with the fact that need to pay to put cream in my coffee, & it arrives practically black. It's happened more than once. I didnt want black coffee. Please provide option for the amount of creamer to be added. It's reason enough to take my business elsewhere for the amount charged for a cup of decent coffee.

the drinks are usually good, i thought the Iced Lavender Oatmilk Latte tasted a bit strange at first but the lavender slowly grew on me. my friend got the Iced Shaken Espresso with oatmilk but there wasnt any oat milk... i'll prob order again just because of convenience. otherwise just use your app and collect stars
