This SB store needs to read what is ordered. Potato, Cheddar & Chive Bakes was supposed to come with the hot sauce and was almost burnt, Coffee Frappuccino® Blended Beverage wasn't suppose to have whipped cream, or any caramel. Additionally, I wish that there packaging for their food items was better thought out. Laying a hot food item against a frozen drink does two things; melts the frozen drink and chills the hot food. I am just a regular old person, with my degrees and experience in psychology, how come I can figure this out, but the pros cant?

The Double-Smoked Bacon, Cheddar & Egg Sandwich andRolled & Steel-Cut Oatmeal were good, but the Coffee Frappuccino® Blended Beverage was not prepared according to directions. Caramel Frappuccino® Blended Beverage was ok.

This store is so erratic, but Sundays are the worst. I can almost quarentee that something will be messed up. Today, out of 5 items, 4 were incorrect. Potato, Cheddar & Chive Bakes did not have the added hit sauce, Caramel Frappuccino® Blended Beverage did not have the whipped cream and Caramel drizzle, the Rolled & Steel-Cut Oatmeal were missing one of the added ingredient, Coffee Frappuccino® Blended Beverage had frappuchino chips. packaging, my eggs were packaged up against one of the frozen drinks so they were very cold. Sunday is tough for handicapped seniors who are trying to stay in their home!
