Hi, I’d like to report an issue with my order. The coffee ( Iced Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso ) I received was only about half full when I opened it. I also noticed that the lid was leaking from the sip opening, which caused some of the drink to spill. I’m disappointed because the drink arrived with much less coffee than expected. Could you please look into this and help resolve the issue? Thank you.

this store is always (for some reason) skimping on their product. my drink was dark (i get this all the time from another location and it's always made perfectly there). there was hardly any oatmilk in it, the espresso was burnt and bitter, and the brown sugar syrup was severely underserved in the drink. i had to add in my own brown sugar from my fridge. i did not enjoy this drink today at all. don't be cheating your customers kam shopping starbucks. customers can tell when the drink has been made poorly and they've been cheated from having a great experience. "it's just coffee" sure but for the price that's being paid, please make it how it's supposed to be made. don't cheat us.

Morning in a cup with Butter Croissant to start my day. If you love chocolate nothing to fancy just something simple. Caffè Mocha is the way to go. It's yummy!
