this place really is disappointing . Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino® Blended Beverage is my favorite my go too.. the fact they messed my entire drink up but I didn't even enjoy it.. there was more Whipcreme then there was actually coffee..

What I ordered is not what I got. It was supposed to be a White Chocolate Mocha Latte add sugar free caramel sauce and use skim milk. I order this all the time and it is definitely not correct. Much richer than normal so I'm sure it's not skim milk and full of unwanted calories. Please do better, this drink was $10 and I am unable to drink it.

I don't get why everyone likes Starbucks so much. I ordered from there today and the crust on my grilled cheese was so hard I couldn't even chew it and I paid over $8.00 for it. The white chocolate peppermint do even waste your time I did not taste any white chocolate or peppermint. And I ordered that in the grande size, ha ha at other places it would a medium. I won't order from there again
