The food itself is excellent, but extra care needs to be taken with how contained drinks are kept contained. This time, while your Iced Horchata Oatmilk Shaken Espresso was fine, someone (I don't know whether it was one of your staff or my Dasher.) failed to make sure the drink was properly sealed in its lidded cup, with the result that some of the drink leaked out into the cardboard tray and the bottom of the delivery bag. I was able to salvage the misplaced leakage, and was satisfied that the cup itself was not damaged, just properly sealed shut. I've been to your local store and never had this problem, so I'm sure you'll make sure it doesn't recur. I do wish your staff all the best in maintaining your store's usually excellent service and product quality.

Thank you so much for all that you do the coffee and the breakfast sandwich were both delicious. I appreciate you! Unfortunately, there was no stopper in the coffee, so about an eighth of the cup spilled in the bottom of the bag before it got here. The chocolate covered almonds are delicious but unfortunately because it was sitting next to the coffee most of it was melted inside the bag.

The Bacon, Gouda & Egg Sandwich was a little on the small side, but it was very good. I love their Iced Lemon Loaf .

I ordered the croissant Double-Smoked Bacon, Cheddar & Egg Sandwich but it seems they were out. This is what they decided to substitute it with. I dislike this sandwich. The bread is awful. Sooo disappointing!
