This one was rough. As I met the Dasher, she apologized for the store and said "this is not right, they did not package this right" as she offered to go back to the store to get it fixed. I am not trying to inconvenience her as this was not her fault. I opened the sealed bag, which had a soaked bottom from the leaking drink. Inside, the drink had leaked all over the order. I can only assume the sticker they put over the sipping hole was not sealed. The cake pop was soaked. The food wasn't wet, but my gripe with the chicken jalapeño pocket was that it was ALL tortilla, with a bite-and-a-half of filling. It was super disappointing for almost $6. You're better than this, Starbies.

My coffee never tastes the same, today they didn't add the dark caramel sauce that I paid for and my Iced Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso was lighter than normal, like I wasn't given the full 4 shots of espresso that normally comes with it. This store in particular has been messing up my orders quite often lately.

This Starbucks is complete trash. They NEVER give you what you order and you might as well not pay for anything extra because you won't get it. I've given them multiple chances and wasted my money every single time. And I have the same issue when I go pick up my coffee from the store. They need to do better, these drinks are entirely too expensive.

I order the same thing every Starbucks I go to. It seems they forgot to add the flavor as I just taste pure matcha.
