The protein box was great. However, the lid wasn’t on the drink tight and the box it was in was soaked.

Why does the pink drink now come out white and watered down strawberry acai Basically a glass of coconut milk with 3 strawberries floating around

This is the second time I've ordered just Starbucks® Cold Brew Coffee and they are not filling it to the top. I am not asking for room in my order and I am not getting everything I am paying for.

I am no stranger to how strong cold brew is as I've worked at the reserve and had the pleasure of being in the roast rooms at headquarters but man there's not anything Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew about this. It just tastes like cold brew and half n half, maybe it's an off day or something was missed I'm just a little disappointed ☹️ busy mom of kids under 4 and coffee is my fuel guess I'll add my own twist on it and possibly blend 😅 hope y'all have a better day 🫶🏼

Idk what's been happening but lately orders are not good. Iced Matcha Latte was watered down and this was my second time ordering since they gave me the wrong drink the first time. :/
