Yesterday I rated this Starbucks with a thumbs down because the employee forgot to include one of the drinks I ordered. When I called this Starbucks, store manager Blanca profusely apologized. She kindly promised me another drink and some recovery cards when I am able to go to their store. Today I ordered again and called the store. I spoke to Manager Erica and she too apologized profusely. She sent another drink and thoughtfully placed ice in another cup so that I could store it in the freezer and enjoy my drink later in the day. In addition, she included some recovery cards. Blanca and Erica were awesome!!! Thank you both!!
