• 5/29/26My Strawberry Açaí with Lemonade always tastes like nothing from this store. Each time. Very inconsistent flavor. Better off ordering from the one in Latham. As this one's inconsistency and workers are not comparable.

• 6/24/26It took them an hour to make my order, the dasher sat there waited so it had nothing to do with her, mind you the Sugar-Free Caramel Protein Matcha is good but the service at this Starbucks is very poor

• 3/31/26Order came and bag was leaking and about half of the Carmel ribbon crunch was gone. The pumpkin loaf while it was soft, tasted old and burned.

• 8/14/25drinks keep spilling in the bags they use they should probably go to the mcdonald's method, though because the drinks from there never spill
