This was my second order but first review. I've lived a few lights down the street for a year, and I found Starlite through DoorDash. For the first order I was confused by the listing on DD. "Full Order" or "Half Order" of brisket...1 pound and 1/2 pound or something else? I called the rest for clarification, and yes full=1lb, 1/2=1/2lb. The person spoke to convinced me to order baby back ribs instead of brisket because the ribs are better. I had the greens as a side because I try to stay low-carb. Ribs and greens were both great.
Fast forward less than a week. I love brisket, so I had to try it! I ordered the 1/2 order but I didnt stay low-carb. I almost ordered the mac&cheese but opted for the BBQ beans...fiber, am I right?
The brisket is great! I would rank it #2 in the area. I won't say who #1 is, but they aren't as close and so far iwould say the sides and baby back ribs are better at Starlite. The BBQ beans were good - lightly spicy. Much better than the beans at most BBQ restaurants.

We eat here and order from here a lot. We are normally big fans. However, tonight they sent this $21 BBQ Chicken Salad with maybe 3oz of chicken that was dry and had defi been pre prepped and a dry singlepiece of brisket, which is an up charg, and they grilled it. Its always smoked and juicy. Sad to them put this quality slip out to their customers.

Oversalted fries, which I could overlook, it happens, but the coleslaw tasted sour like it had been fermenting for weeks, lots of meat on the sandwich but it was mushy and best yet I found a large piece of bone. Luckily I found it before I bit into it and spit out a large wad of meat. Thank you DoorDash for refunding me my money.

12-Hour Smoked Brisket was overcooked and dry. The Macaroni and Cheese was overcooked and hard to eat with all the dried out pieces. Starlite Porky Fries were ok but it was sloppily assembled in the container. For this price, I expected a lot more.

Bro gave me 2 strips of overcooked 12-Hour Smoked Brisket with absolutely no bbq sauce. My husband had the Chopped Brisket Sandwich and had more brisket than me. The beans were mid and the coleslaw was alright. Im sorry guys this is not a best effort.
