HIGHLY recommend coming here, this place has the BEST waffles I have ever had. I got the Waffle Benny and my boyfriend got the Hitchhiker. Both entrees came with a side salad and choice of either beans, potato salad, or fruit salad. The meals are very filling and are so worth every penny!

Food was good, Benny was super dry, would have been waaayy better if you’d sent more than 2 tablespoons of hollandaise. I measured it. It wasn’t enough for one waffle, let alone 2. Super disappointing. Beans and coffee were good. Salad would have been better if the hot hollandaise hadn’t been packed with it. Thx.

Sammy Benny was disappointing at every step of the way. Everything was bland, eggs cooked the salmon and it flaked everywhere.  Waffles got so soggy and were completely tasteless. Salad was underwhelming as well, just a dash of spring mix and a singular dryed up cucumber slice. The dressing tasted like holy water. The potato salad was freezing cold and I didn't bother fighting with it after 2 bland bites. Vanilla Almond Latte was okay.

And we're back! The last time I ordered this dish the potato waffles were burnt. But because this is my go-to brunch spot and my go -to dish I wanted to give SA a chance to redeem themselves and they did. Waffles were perfect and they found my sweet spot for the poached eggs -- not too dry but also not totally runny. And there was also a decent amount of bacon instead of two tiny strips. Very satisfied.

first time trying a savory waffle and honestly it tasted a bit strange. waffle was really soggy. potato salad was amazing. and everything was packed securely and stapled bag which is great. $8 for an avocado on the side is a bit much.
