This Steak 'n Shake experience compared to others I have had previously was abysmal. First and foremost, they forgot 1 of my 2 specialty shakes while it is clearly on the order ticket. Next, the fries were soggy and not properly made to order. The one upside of this order was the Fresco Melt in which the contents of it were phenomenal. So as long as you order just solely a steak burger, you will probably be safe. I am sorry, but I will not be ordering from this Steak 'n Shake again.

First Steak and Shake Employees ignoredand was rude to my door dash driver!! Then my Chili 5-Way was like soup like they forgot to drain out the water before packaging it. It barely any chili,onions,cheese. Cheese Fries came witout cheese. Get it together people!! Never ordering from this place again!!!

Order combos, wrong size fries for both combos, no cheesy fry. Dr Pepper had no syrup so basically carbonated water. And the order was 45 min late because my driver waited at the restaurant for 30 mins with no help and finally called me to call the restaurant to give him my order. Burgers also missing toppings

I ordered Chili 5-way and it was perfect! I even got oyster crackers. I had asked for no chopped onions and I did not get them! Someone was carefully reading my order! Thank you for this delicious, perfect order! Oh! It was still hot when it got here. Will definitely be ordering again.

Omg whoever was making the garlic burgers tonight was on fireeeeeee. It was delish...crispy bun, crispy patty, ample garlic sauce and garlic topping on the bun. My breath reeks but it was garlic heaven. Bravo!!
