Unfortunately, the noodles in my Chili Mac were completely mushy and had no texture whatsoever. There was a lot of chili meat, which was great, but there was no special sauce, which I asked extra for that… On one side of my Grilled Cheese it was burnt enough to where you can't scrape the burnt part off with a knife so I just peeled that whole side off. Normally, I don't have an issue with the grilled cheese, but it is a crapshoot whether I get good noodles in my Chili Mac.? also I don't know what they did to the Beef Tallow Fries™ but, they were all in little smashed up pieces… And it was a large fry so imagine having a few long french fries and the rest of them being diced and smashed up? It was very weird and don't get me wrong. I like my french fries sometimes from Steak 'n Shake soggy which is why I microwave them, but I don't like them so little that I can barely pick them up... It cost too much to get that bad of quality! The only thing that was good was a butterfinger shake

super fresh and tasty. one of my go to meals. the chicken is a little expensive for the portion but never disappoints and smashes the craves. burger and fries are iconic as we all know but the new beef tallow makes a huge difference imo.

This was the best they have ever done. My chili cup was actually full to almost the very top and was not just chili soup it actually had meat and beans in it. They got both of my burgers made correctly and tasted wonderful. This was a very rare occasion they almost never give me a full cup of chili or half the time they do not make my burgers correctly.

Everything arrived hot and fresh within 40 minutes, and was double bagged to keep it hot. Frisco Melt and Triple Steakburger (3x cheese), along with the Chili Mac were brilliant. Thank you!

My chili Mac was super fresh and yummy. I always get extra meat and special sauce but this time they put so much of the extra meat on there I couldn't believe it ! Normally, if I keep some leftovers of the chili Mac by the second time, it doesn't have a whole lot of meat left in it but this time it'll have just as much as the first part, .....but, my french fries tasted weird and kind of bad almost like it was old grease or something? So that was a bummer. Therefore, I'm 50-50 mixed on my review today. I will order again though because from my experience things like that, haven't happened all that much . Steak 'n Shake has been one of my favorites since I was a kid and I know that some point in time you're gonna get something that doesn't taste good but not because it's not good most of the time. It's just that something went wrong that day I guess… but I've been and will continue to be a customer to them:)
