• 7/4/26Beef Tallow Onion Rings were absolutely perfect & delicious. Maybe the best order of rings I've ever had. The rest of the order was also the best Steak & Shake I've ever had, so hats off to the crew that prepared it! Fries could've stayed under a little longer, but were still fully cooked & tasty. Really happy with this order.

• 7/13/25all i can say is...HELL YEAH. THIS STEAK N SHAKE GAVE ME AN EXTRA BURGER AND IT WAS GREAT. 2 BURGERS, FRIES, MEDIUM DRINK, AND DELIVERED TOO ME. FOR 20 DOLLARS??? HELL YEAH. 5 STARS FROM ME!!!

• 2/7/26Both of my Burgers didn't have any of the items I requested on it. I've been charged extra money for grilled onions and did not get grilled onions. My fries are cold just 2/10 experience very disappointed.

• 11/9/24was pretty mediocre food. While it was a little cold after being delivered, the fries were unsalted and tasted like old oil. The burger was okay too. The only great part was the shake which helps the overall order go from poor to good.
