Frisco Melt tasty, but was sort of a patty lump in the middle of 2 huge pieces of toast. The meat covered only half the sandwich and was lumped up in the middle. I've gotten this sandwich for decades and never had it like that. Unpleasant texture.
Double steakburget was good.

I paid extra for a large fry and received barely a small. Also paid for a root beer and did not receive it. The birthday cake shake was the worst one I've had at any steak n shake locations, and I am from Charlotte, NC.

None of the toppings were on the sandwich. Why when you order a sandwich, they cannot even get it right how hard is it to add pickle tomato lettuce and a slice of onion. The Dasher had to wait for too long for one single sandwich with fries. They are the absolute slowest when it comes to service!!

Everything was made correctly, just the burger tasted kind of funny and very greasy. However, the milkshake was phenomenal!
