The milkshake arrived in an extremely small cup. I've seen what a milkshake from Steak 'n Shake looks like and this was maybe one third of the portion. At 6 dollars this is unacceptable.

fries were less than halfway full and the burgers were soggy and fell apart, only good thing was the shakes and the burgers tasted awful, more onions than garlic on the garlic burger.

Didn't have what I ordered, gave me a Frisco melt with so much sauce it soaked through and put it in the bottom and completely flattened it, very disappointing

The burger and fries were extremely cold, the mint shake was runny, and I never got the beverage (sweet tea) that came with the combo. It's the first and last time I order from Door Dash and from this Steak and Shake location, whose phone I could never reach because after the first ring it cuts off (4 attempts). Worst experience!!!!

i got the western bbq combo and garlic double combo. Literally the best order we've gotten from any steak and shake ever. Awesome location :)
