felt like i paid for garlic buttered bread with a sliver of meat and unmeltable cheese. meat had no flavor. if it wasnt for the garlic butter on the thick bread the burger would taste like bland frozen food. i used to love this burger as it ones one my favorites at steak n shake but after 3 years seems they lost the recipe. also this burger used to be under 3 bucks... doubled the price and lowered the quality...thats not a good mix.

Food was totally drenched. Wet and inedible. The chicken tenders were also not cooked thru and my milkshake wasn't included within the order. The paper bag that the food came in fell completely apart bc the bag was so wet. Not sure how it happened but the food was utterly inedible.

Items were missing from my order. Beef patties weren't cooked fully. Usually I don't have any issues with them but today was pretty bad.
