Steak& Shake is an american classic.the food and shakes it has tradionally offered were always great dining experience. up untill the the recent years when they cloned out there service, they were always a great place to visit. even now, the burgers, shakes, and chili dishes can be exceptional. I just ordered 2 steak dogs and a butterfinger shake. I'm going to have them delivered and will truly enjoy them as I always do. if I could do anything at all I would staff them with servers and allow their customers to order from another human. I've seen them fail after changing to a computerized system and it truly saddens me. Steak & Shake is classic and an American tradition.

the 5 way chili was horrible.
it consisted of mostly spaghetti noodles. there wasn't any meat or chili in the chili. I didn't even eat it what a waste of money.

I got a garlic double cheeseburger meal. Bread Burger, cheese and garlic butter so over it. This was a regular cheeseburger and a single instead of a double. I don't think there can be any blame on the driver cuz they seal up the bags correct

Garlic Double Steakburger Combo- I asked for Lettuce, Tomato, as they accept suggestions & I would pay for this.
Tater Tots are good, however, mine were only half full.
