Please don't let Steak 'n Shake lose its appeal. We really appreciate your rarity and ability to overprice the items for signature flavor. The 3 PC Chicken Fingers were like nuggets, and the Chili 5-Way could have been prepared with a little more decency for delivery. Which brings me to the need of drink carriers for all orders so they don't spill. I was surprised to see my order not secure and in plastic bags that could not be tampered with

The beef tallow fries are so much tastier I didn't need anything to dip them in, definitely ordering them again. Chili 5-Way is a decent size but could use a bit more chili.

Tasted great! But the bread still had raw butter on it and was not grilled for more than a minute. Grilled bread should be browned and crunchy. Cook was in such a hurry, did not even cut it in half. Onion rings are soft and better than the competition!

my sandwich wasn't cooked and had sauce slapped in the side, seemed pretty deliberate to me 0.1/10 Frisco Melt Combo. not really a "melt" if the bread is uncooked 🤷🏼♂️

gross!! fries were not cooked all the way, floppy and soggy, nasty. the burger tasted like bad meat! threw it away! and the chilli was cold and gross! never ordering here again! $29 dollars spent on nasty food.
