I usually love Steak 'n Shake but today the burgers, Garlic Double Steakburger Combo was off tasting, more boiled meat flavored than actually from the griddle, no crust but smooshy. Left bad after taste.

ordered cheese fries, they were not cheese, payed extra $1 for that. fries were cold by the time I received order, and yet my dasher was left waiting for almost 10 minutes at the store, likely while the food was already done with how cold it is.

The fries we're barely even filled up, and there was ketchup and mustard all over the burger, very poorly put together

they gave me a medium drink instead of a large like I payed for and the fries were old and stale but other than that it was great

Forgot all the sauces, including the cheese for the chees fries, which cost extra. Come on guys. Just check the bag before you send it out.
