The fries were the same consistency as cooked spaghetti noodles. The burger was bland.

put a five way chili it should've been more spaghetti and more chili. It's double the amount than the regular one I get it all the time very watery like soup and also when you put the lid on the drink, make sure you put it all the way down because when I picked it up it freaking spilled all over me and my tile floor

I ordered medium fries and they didn't fill it up to the top. This clearly looks like a small fries portion, and I'm not happy. Their fries are one of the best, so to say I was looking forward to this only to be disappointed by the amount I got for a medium is an understatement. This was not filled to a medium size. Terrible.

Why do I have to come inside to pick up my order? I asked for my order at the drive-thru and was told I had to come inside. I went inside, and no one greeted me. I peeked around the corner, and it was the staff working the drive thru who saw me and brought my order to me (which was sitting by the drive thru window). Inefficient and inconvenient.
