Steak 'n Shake has always been my favorite place, literally since farmington was just a Steak 'n Shake and an Applebees (which was brand new at the time lol). I'll never say a bad word about this place. Way too many invariable nights that turned into mornings with people I'll never forget. Friendships were made, whether you rolled up there with us after a long night of ...."four loko-ing" (when caffeine was still in them and we somehow survived lol)...or if you were simply waitressing that night. So many memories over cups and bowls of chili (...I may not remember many of them lolll but that's why friends are for!). Thank the lord cellphones didn't run our lives entirely yet back in 2015.
Anyway, food review - love what SNS is doing with their sandwiches. The boxes make them more appealing for some reason..probably becaage it helps make them less messy. I definitely notice and appreciate the little changes. Thank the wonderful workers at the farmington location for paying attention and ALWAYS getting our order right, and if they don't, they ALWAYS make it right.
The portions are perfect, especially for one person (with leftovers..depending on your hunger level). You get pretty large portions depending on what you get.
Freshness wise - everything is always hot and fresh and delicious. I would, will, and will always order from Steak 'n Shake again. I highly recommend the cheeseburger (no cheese, only tomato, mayo & pickle), with a cup of chili...& some of the new cheesey tater tots. I do wish the cheese to tater ratio was better lol wa too many tots with a smaller cup of cheese, but that can be worked out so no biggie, plus the tots are good plain (as well as with ketchup, maybe melt some kraft American cheese on them from your fridge, or dip 'em in whatever else). You really can't go wrong with anything here:)

Everything from SNS is, and always has been, wonderful. It's tasted extra yummy lately for some reason (..that could just be a me thing though ). Like the Frisco Melt + a cup of their chili = chef's kiss.
Oh, and the tater tots with cheese are INCREDIBLE and so addictive.
The sugar coke also started a new addiction for me as well lol so that's fun. It's soooo good thoughhhhh.
Overall:
I do recommend. The portions are good. I'd order again. I'll def order again I'm sure. I love how fresh and quality the food is. I do wish the prices would go down just a smidge. Or lower the fees. DoorDash is responsible so hopefully enough people order less and less(like we've been doing lately) hoping to send a message to DD that we can live without them, so please don't take us for granted with the pricing, and just drive to pick up our food when we can.
Anyway, I enjoyed my food. So did my family. (:

So good man almost gooned it was perfect size and was fresh I would definitely get the Garlic Double Steakburger Combo again and again it's so good I just love it so much the garlic sauce is extra creamy ifykyk

They're prices have gotten insane and the quality has only gone down. It is not worth it. The chili was very watered down. The tea is never fresh anymore and if you want cheese or chili cheese fries they send everything separate as if they have no containers they could assemble it in themselves so it takes away the convenience of take out. Butter burger had a couple caramelized onions in just the middle and it was just all bland and too expensive for what it was.

The Garlic Double Steakburger Combo had barely any to no garlic sauce on it and the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough shake had no cookie dough chunks. Very disappointed this time. The quality is very hit and miss with this restaurant.
