the burger was not prepared well, I paid for extra cheese, and bacon and did not get it. I also paid for grilled onions and only got a tiny bit that I could not even taste. I was supposed to get mustard and ketchup and only got a little bit of mustard and no ketchup at all. the burger itself was cooked okay, but had no taste to it due to the lack of all the toppings that were missing. I feel like I wasted my money. Also, the french fries were cold and dry and hard. I could not eat them at all.

I ordered the Western BBQ n Cheeseburger with extra fried onions, large fry, and regular lemonade with a shot of cherry.
Food was good and what I expected. The sauce was a little sweet for me. Food was not cold, it also wasn't hot. I like Steak and Shake, simple, consistent and satisfying. Better than other fast food burger joints.

the Garlic Double Steakburger Combo , cheesy tots and bananna shake were amazing. I dropped about half my shake because the lid wasnt closed all the way but still good!
