The driver was very nice. None of my complaints are about her.
My chili was very salty and had a coating of grease on top. I asked for a bowl of chili and got a cup. There were no crackers. My cheeseburger was all disheveled and burger was half off the bun, had toppings I didn't ask for. Disappointed for what I paid!

The milkshake was the highlight—cold, creamy, and delicious. Unfortunately, the rest of the order was underwhelming. We ordered two burgers with different toppings, but both came out identical, and one had all the wrong ingredients. That was disappointing, especially since we were clear about the customizations. Burger quality was just okay—not bad, but not great either. Fries and onion rings arrived cold and lacked flavor; the fries especially were not good. Overall, this was a pretty mediocre meal with one bright spot (the milkshake), but not worth the price or the mistakes.

Didn't get a good choice this wasn't appreciated. Burgers are very greasy and the rapper was difficult to unrap due to the grease. The fries are very concerning and the chilly cheese out wears the fries very poorly fixed. I didn't get a drink (Hi-C punch)with meal combo and there supposed to be 2# combos 1#cheese fries and only one chilly cheese .

Paid $14 for a burger Garlic Single Steakburger Combo with bacon, large fry, and Dr. pepper. They didnt put fries in the order and the Dr. pepper had zero syrup and tasted like water. The burger however was tasty.

I've never considered Steak 'n Shake high quality food because I worked at one in high school. However, the food I had today was terrible. As usual, the milkshake was great. I'll probably stop ordering food and stick to shakes.
