• 12/19/24Fries were very old and cold. wasn't because of the driver cause he got here really quick. Burger is cold and cheese isn't even melted. Disappointing.

• 8/30/25PHENOMENAL! I ate my food before I could take a pic of it lol (Garlic Dbl) but Ive always loved SNS I hate that they are underrated. I havent had them in a while because some of the closings. I literally don't have one complaint it was so tasteful. 10/10

• 3/22/26Obviously not the burger it was great though! It was not hot or warm but it was not the restaurants fault, It was the drivers! This is the dreamsicle shake which I ordered with the combo. It's obviously melted but it tasted the same I just wish I would have been able to enjoy the dreamsicle pop whole! The fry's were great as always and the cheese was fantastic!

• 1/23/25Paid extra for large cheese fries and got plain (cold/hard) french fries. The garlic butter steak burger was amazing. Unfortunately the fries were pretty inedible so i had to throw them out.

• 10/15/25Ordered a large fry and burger combo. The fry was less than half full. I have never had this issue before. Generally, things are great.
