The burger is cold and not fresh. The chili fries are not bad. The shake is missing but that's possibly a driver issue, though I think it's both the driver and the store. No sauce (that I paid extra for) was in the bag, no napkins, no plastic utensils. Will order again for a second chance. Portion size is standard. I give this order a D-

Fries were very old and cold. wasn't because of the driver cause he got here really quick. Burger is cold and cheese isn't even melted. Disappointing.

PHENOMENAL! I ate my food before I could take a pic of it lol (Garlic Dbl) but Ive always loved SNS I hate that they are underrated. I havent had them in a while because some of the closings. I literally don't have one complaint it was so tasteful. 10/10

The Beef Tallow Fries™ are great! Had them with the Garlic Double Steakburger which was also nice and finished it off with a Nutella Milkshake.

Paid extra for large cheese fries and got plain (cold/hard) french fries. The garlic butter steak burger was amazing. Unfortunately the fries were pretty inedible so i had to throw them out.
