Large fries less than 1/2 full and only 1/2 way cooked and still partially frozen ( could not eat either of the fries) Bacon 'n Cheese Double Steakburger Combo bacon was not fully cooked took that off both meals. The burgers were ok once that was done , no ice in drinks , no straws were given , no utensils , napkins , salt or ketchup, Chili 5-Way I ordered extra sauce and meat and it was really really dry. A little disappointed after paying $60 for these 3 items

Steak N Shake is my all time go to for the best steak burger ever. The French fries are like none other....and the milkshakes can't be beat. Been a fan and customer for over 50 years along with my family who loves everything about OUR Steak N Shake.

Worst Friso Frisco Melt I have ever had! Burger was extremely dry and very little Friso sauce! Asked for and paid for shredded cheese with my Chili. It was in a cup on the side that was completely melted in a clump of cheese because it was put with the rest of the warm items in the bag! Paid for a med fry and the container wasn't even half full... it wasn't even a small with the amount of fries that were inthe container!

I used to love steak and shake. The last few times I've had it, including this time it's horrible! Greasy, thrown together, not even cooked properly. Ill probably wait another year or 2 before I attempt again. So sad that we can't just get a simple chilli 3 way or frisco melt made properly w pride. They might as well just go out of business if this is what they serve the public.
