food was just okay, frisco melts were hastily thrown together and half toasted. I ordered a large cheese fry and got a small, the fries literally filled barely half the container and got less than an ounce of cheese in a cup. the fries were really an after thought and not important, but for the price there should have been more fries and cheese.

Burgers are always great; juicy and hot. The fries are some of the worst traveling fries of any chain though, always room temp at most which is understandable for delivery. Had only one incident with a milkshake being just syrup and whipped cream, but otherwise never an issue.

It wasn't fresh at all. Beef Tallow Onion Rings was burnt. The Original Double Steakburger with Cheese Combo was dry and very bland and overcooked.

I ordered a large fry and it was only filled halfway up in the cup. I did not receive my cheese sauce and the ranch they sent had barely any thing in the cup. I only received 4 chicken fingers not 5, everything was cold...except my milkshake which was melted. One of the chicken tenders was gross tasting and chewy. Terrible order from this place.

This is not the same Steak n Shake before they temporarily closed. The burgers taste like they are on the $1 buns from the grocery store. My chili Mac was served in a disposable cup. A lot of the menu items are missing. Prices are much higher for lower quality food, and it it was never a five star joint to begin with, but at least it was enjoyable. Can't say that anymore. So sad. It won't last long unless they try to improve the quality somehow.
