Not the Steak n Shake i remember. Burgers are way smaller and our order wasnt even close to correct. Missing a burger and all three drinks. Quality and accuracy are garbage. Culvers will put steak n shake out of business

Gave me root bear instead of coke, but it's fine. The taste of the burger and grilled cheese was amazing, tasted fresh, and had a good portion size. Would order again, but would probably order a Dr Pepper instead lol.

This was the best steak 'n shake we have ever had. The burgers were very good and fresh ingredients and the chili was especially good.

They got me! I ordered a Frisco Melt and this is what I got, (no sour dough bread) a regular bun (stale at that), a questionably cooked burger and a less than full fry. I specifically ordered from Steak n Shake, thinking this would be something I didn't have to worry about being messed up. Boy, was I wrong. I just need a little bit more effort, please n thanks.

This is what they gave me for a chili Mac and a chili Mac 5-way, and for each I paid extra for extra chili and cheese. Each of these tiny half containers cost me over $10. I also got cheese fries, with fries that were only halfway filled in the container. This was so bad I had to contact DoorDash and request a refund. This is by far the worst DoorDash order I have ever received.
