it wasn't ready until 30 minutes after the app said it should be wasted my whole lunch. HOWEVER, I understand a lot of places are severely understaffed and as unfortunate as it was it ain't their fault so 3/5 for my service today. they did give me a large frie to compensate without me asking which was nice

I normally love steak 'n Shake however, I ordered for delivery the chili five ways. There were no kidney beans at all in it nor were there any onions or any cheese I was very disappointed as I was very hungry.

The large fries were definitely re-dropped, underfilled, and lukewarm on arrival. The sandwich was great though.

This is a reorder since half of my order was missing the first time. Called the store and manager wasn't very friendly and brushed me off. I was on the phone for less than 2 minutes with him and felt like he didn't want to talk to me. I always try to be polite since I know food service can be rough. Quality of this chain continues to go downhill. Sad.

Burger and fries were good but there was a lot of fat and gristle in the chilli. I was surprised. The chilli is usually excellent.
Also, there were no crackers or spoon for my chilli.
