Not only were the burger and fries freezing, but the burger patty was not even half of a patty. I ordered no onions to find onions on the burger and the bun is rock hard and inedible… milkshake was only half full as well as the drink.

Always loved the steakburgers and fries here. Excellent flavor and I enjoy the added garlic flavor. The tenders are moist and tasty, couldn't ask for more.

the burger was fantastic. My fries would have been to, if they were hot. I would order this again. Fresh tomatoes.could have been a little bbigger but still really fantastic.

I love steak n shake. My fries old and my burger had old wilted lettuce and an old tomatoe and my bread was soaggy. I am less than ten minutes from the store. The timing was great but should have known something wasnt going to be right.

The shakes were great but the chili was probably the worst chili I've ever had. It was a bowl of grease and tasted burnt. Driver was fine. I usually like S&S chili but I'll stay away for a bit after this.
